All tools together in one workspace. Drop a PDF (or a few) to begin.
Drag any file to change the order it's merged in. Click the dashed card to add another file.
Please, select more PDF files by clicking again on the dashed card. Select multiple files at once by holding down 'Ctrl' (or 'Cmd' on Mac).
Scans every page (including scanned/image-only pages with no selectable text) so you can search for a word or phrase.
Starting up…
Download the scanned PDF with a hidden, searchable text layer added — text can then be found and copied in any PDF viewer, not just here.
Extracts the real text where the PDF has it, and runs OCR automatically on scanned/image-only pages. Works best for simple, single-column documents — complex layouts, tables, and multi-column text won't be preserved exactly.

Done — your Word document is ready.
Each page becomes one slide, rendered as a full-page image — layout, fonts, and graphics come out exactly as they look in the PDF. Runs entirely in your browser.
Done — your PowerPoint file is ready.
Reconstructs rows and columns from the PDF’s own text spacing, and runs OCR automatically on scanned/image-only pages. Works best for simple, clearly-aligned tables — free-form text near a table may get split oddly.
Done — your Excel file is ready.
Renders the document’s text, headings, and tables in your browser and slices it into pages. Good for simple documents — page breaks may land in different spots than the original, and complex formatting may shift.
Done — your PDF is ready.
Renders each slide with a real presentation engine, matching the original design, images, and layout exactly like exporting from PowerPoint. Your file is uploaded to that server for processing.
Reads the actual cell values and draws a real table per sheet — private, works offline. Cell formatting, colors, merged cells, and charts aren’t preserved, and very wide sheets may run off the page.
Each page becomes a .jpg image. Runs entirely in your browser — nothing is uploaded. Multiple pages are zipped together for download.
Done — your JPG is ready.
Each image becomes one page, in the order shown — remove any with the ×, or add more. Runs entirely in your browser.
Produces one self-contained .html file — an image of each page with an invisible text layer on top, so it looks exactly like the PDF but the text stays selectable, searchable (Ctrl/Cmd+F), and copyable. Runs entirely in your browser.
Done — your HTML file is ready.
You need to already know the password — this removes protection from a PDF you have legitimate access to, it doesn’t crack unknown passwords. Your file is uploaded to a conversion server to process it (files up to 200MB).
Done — your unlocked PDF is ready.
Anyone opening this PDF will need the password you set. Your file is uploaded to a conversion server to process it (files up to 200MB).
Done — your password-protected PDF is ready.
A scanned or photographed signature on a plain background works best — a PNG with a transparent background is ideal.
This places an image of your signature on the page — it doesn't create a certified digital signature (no PKI certificate or signing audit trail). For contracts that legally require certified e-signatures, use a dedicated signing service.
ID-number matching is just "9 digits in a row" or an SSN-style XXX-XX-XXXX — review matches before redacting, since it can't tell an ID from any other 9-digit number.
Some pages look scanned (no selectable text) — run OCR to search them too.
Click and drag on the page to black out any area. Drag a placed box to move it, its corner to resize, or the × to remove it.
No redactions yet.
Pages with at least one redaction are converted to a flat image before download, so hidden text and objects underneath can't be recovered — not just visually covered. Those pages lose their selectable/searchable text layer.
Scanning for compressible images…
Only JPEG images inside the PDF are recompressed — text and vector graphics stay untouched and fully searchable. Other image types (PNG, scanned black-and-white formats) aren't recompressed yet, and a PDF with little or no image content may not shrink much.
Bakes your answers permanently into the page and removes the editable fields, so the result looks right and can't be changed further in any PDF viewer. Leave unchecked to keep the fields editable.
Fields are filled directly on the page preview — click into a box, type, check, or choose an option. Everything happens in your browser; the PDF is never uploaded.
Content is scaled to fit the new size and centered — nothing is stretched or distorted.
Drag on the page to draw the area you want to keep — everything outside it is cut away. The same box is used on every page.

Extracting text…
Feel free to edit the text before copying — nothing here is sent anywhere. Only real, selectable text is extracted; scanned/image-only pages won't produce text here — try VitePDF's OCR tool for those.

Comparing…
This is a visual comparison — each page is rendered as an image and checked pixel by pixel, so it catches text, layout, and image changes alike, but it doesn't diff the underlying text word-for-word. Everything happens in your browser.
Repair tries two things: first, rebuilding the file's internal structure while keeping everything editable and searchable — this recovers most real-world corruption. If the damage is too severe for that, it falls back to recovering whatever individual pages can still be read as images.
Scanning for images…
This version pulls out JPEG images (the most common kind in scanned and photo-heavy PDFs). Other embedded formats — PNG, indexed color, scanned black-and-white — aren't extracted yet.
Saving…
Leave any field blank to remove that piece of information entirely. Everything else about the file — pages, text, formatting — stays exactly as it was.
Your browser doesn't support reading text aloud (the Web Speech API). Try a recent version of Chrome, Edge, or Safari.
Feel free to edit the text before playing — useful for skipping over garbled extraction. Reading happens entirely in your browser using its built-in voice; nothing is uploaded.
Scanning pages…
Blank pages are detected by how much of the page has any content at all. Duplicates are found with a pixel-by-pixel visual comparison against every earlier page, so near-identical pages are caught even if they're not next to each other.
Each original page is placed as real vector content, not a flattened image — text inside stays sharp when printed, though it's too small on the sheet to select or search afterward.
Every page is converted to a flat, black-and-white image, so the result is no longer searchable/selectable text, and text-heavy files may end up larger, not smaller. If you just need a grayscale print, choosing "Black & white" in your printer's own dialog usually gives a sharper result without converting the file at all — use this tool when you need an actual grayscale file to share.
No bookmarks added yet.
Adds a bookmarks panel that most PDF readers show down the side, linking straight to each page. This version supports one flat list (no nested sub-sections yet). Saving replaces any bookmarks the PDF already has.
