Batch flatten PDF forms
in many PDFs at once.
Turn filled-in form fields — text boxes, checkboxes, dropdowns — into fixed page content so nobody can change them. Everything runs in your browser; nothing is uploaded.
Drop PDFs here, or click to choose — pick as many as you like
Fillable fields are merged into the page, so the values you entered stay visible but can no longer be edited. PDFs without form fields are saved unchanged.

Why batch flatten PDFs with VitePDF

- Nothing is uploaded — your documents never leave your device.
- What you filled in stays visible and prints exactly as before; only the ability to edit the fields is removed.
Frequently asked questions
What does flattening a PDF form do?
It converts interactive fields (text boxes, checkboxes, radio buttons, dropdowns) into ordinary page content, so the entered values are fixed and can no longer be changed.
Can I undo it afterwards?
No — the result is a new file with fixed content, so keep your original if you may need to edit the form again. Your original files are never modified.
What if a PDF has no form fields?
It is simply saved as a copy without changes, so you can safely add a mixed folder of PDFs.
What about password-protected PDFs?
They are flagged and skipped. Remove the password first with Batch unlock PDF, then edit them.
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. The forms are flattened entirely in your browser tab, so your PDFs never leave your device.
