Frequently asked questions
How do I write the page numbers?
Separate pages or ranges with commas: 1, 3-5, 8 keeps pages 1, 3, 4, 5 and 8. A range with no end, like 8-, keeps page 8 to the last page.
What if a file has fewer pages than I listed?
Pages past the end of a file are ignored. If none of the listed pages exist in a file, that file is flagged and no new PDF is made.
Are the pages kept in my order?
Pages always come out in their original order, and a page listed twice appears once.
What about password-protected PDFs?
They are flagged and skipped. Remove the password first with Batch unlock PDF, then extract.
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. The pages are extracted entirely in your browser tab, so your PDFs never leave your device.
