How to duplicate PDF pages in batch

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between the two modes?

Repeat each page in place gives 1, 1, 2, 2, 3, 3 — handy for double-sided or multi-copy printing. Repeat the whole document gives 1, 2, 3, 1, 2, 3 — handy for collated sets.

How many copies can I make?

From 2 to 20 copies of each page. To keep files manageable, a single output is limited to 10,000 pages in total.

Will the file size grow a lot?

Usually only a little, because repeated pages share the same images and fonts inside the file. A PDF with many unique pages grows more than one with few.

What about password-protected PDFs?

They are flagged and skipped. Remove the password first with Batch unlock PDF, then edit them.

Are my files uploaded anywhere?

No. The PDFs are processed entirely in your browser tab, so they never leave your device.
