Frequently asked questions
What unit are the margins in?
Millimetres. A value of 10 trims 10 mm from that edge of every page. Leave a side at 0 to keep it as it is.
Is the cropped content deleted?
No. The pages are cropped by setting the visible page area, so the trimmed content is hidden rather than removed. Use Advanced Editor if you need to remove it for good.
What if the files have different page sizes?
The same margins are applied to every page. If the margins are larger than a page, that file is flagged and left unchanged.
What about password-protected PDFs?
They are flagged and skipped. Remove the password first with Batch unlock PDF, then crop them.
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. The pages are cropped entirely in your browser tab, so your PDFs never leave your device.
